| At pygmy possum we are very proud to be supporters of Australian-made products. In our opinion the products produced here in Australia are amongst the best in the world. We are especially keen to sell hand-made products made in Australia. We are an Australian business (and we spend our money in Australia too!) and we believe that in an age of globalisation the uniqueness and quality of locally produced products should be encouraged and promoted as much as possible. |

| The Pygmy Possum is a very small and extremely endangered marsupial that lives in the forests of southern Victoria and Tasmania. Roughly the size of a mouse, measuring about 150mm from head to tail and weighing less than 50g, the Pygmy Possum has black or brown fur with white/grey fur underneath its body. It also has a long tail which is used for holding things it cannot reach with its paws. Pygmy Possums are nocturnal creatures and eat nectar, pollen and small insects. |
